(1) The ConstitutionalCourt may
a) declare the election of the President of the Slovak Republic null andvoid and order new elections under special regulation,18)
b) reject the complaint.
(2) The ConstitutionalCourt shall decide by the instrument of finding.
(3) In cases under Clause 1a) the Constitutional Court shall deliver the finding without delay togetherwith a reasoning to the Chairman National Council of the Slovak Republic and tothe Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic.
(4) A ruling on rejectionof the complaint under Clause 1 b) the Constitutional Court shall communicateto the complainant.
