37.

—(1) (3)  Every offence under thissection shall be an arrestable offence within the meaning of the CriminalProcedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010).

Personation

38.(2) The offence of personation under this section shall be an arrestableoffence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of2010).

42.(3) Without prejudice to section 38, every offence of undue influence orbribery under section 40 or 41, and every other corrupt practice undersubsection (1)(c), (d) or (e) shall be an arrestable offence within the meaningof the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010).
