Determinationof Election Judge

100. At the conclusion ofthe trial of an election petition the Election Judge shall determine whetherthe Member whose return or election is complained of, or any other and whatperson, was duly returned or elected, or whether the election was void, andshall certify such determination in writing Such certificate shall be kept inthe custody of the Registrar of the Court of Appeal to be dealt with ashereinafter provided.
