Who may file a complaint?

Article 125 Electoral Law

Any candidate who participated in the electionand was not elected can challenge the election results in his/her constituency.Any registered voter can also challenge the election in the constituency wherehe/she is registered, only for ineligibility of the elected candidates orviolation of the law during the course of the election.
