- 22. Appeals
(1) Where any appeal under this Act has beendetermined by the High Court, any party aggrieved by the decision of the HighCourt may appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision.
(2) Any partyaggrieved by the decision of the Court of Appeal may appeal to the SupremeCourt against the decision.
(3) Notwithstandingsubsections (1) and (2), where a matter touches on the interpretation of theConstitution, any aggrieved party may petition the
ConstitutionalCourt.
For matters touching onthe interpretation of the constitution, a party may petition the ConstitutionalCourt: Article 22(3) of the Political Parties and Organizations Act of 2005.
If it is a matter related to interpretation of the Constitution, then Constitutional Court hearsthe case as a last instance
