Who may file a complaint?

Unofficial translation:

Article 166: Everycandidate or political party representative has the right to challenge thevalidity of voting procedures by submitting a request in the form of a petitiondeposited in the Constitutional Council within forty eight hours fromannouncing the results.

The Constitutional council inform the challenged contestant topresent his proof documents within four days from the date of notification.

The Constitutional council issue its decision within three daysafter the expiration of this term.

If it is determined that the appeal has basis, then theConstitutional council can issue its decision with justification either to cancelthe contested election or rewrite the election results and declare thecandidate legally elected right.”
