55. Which institution(s) receives financial reports from political parties and/or candidates?

Art 29 'The party shall send on an annual basis the following to the Committee within three months of the end of each financial year: 1. A copy of the annual budget and financial statements endorsed for the previous year in accordance with the provisions of its by-laws.2. A statement signed by the Secretary-General on the party finance in details.'
