Assembly Rule n. 246 published on the Official Journalon the 21st  of October 1998

Art13.8:At the end of the discussion the President of the Committee shallannounce in an open session the resolution voted: it can be a proposal to theAssembly for annulment, revocation or validation of the elections underdispute.

Art14.1: The process of votes verification, re-calculations and seats allocationsdone on a national basis is carried out in accordance with the provisions ofArticles 11, 12 and 13, as applicable
