Article 119 Nullity ofelections

1. The votingat any polling station and the voting throughout the constituency shall beheld null only when illegalities that might have influenced the generalresult of the election in the constituency have taken place.

2. Once the election at a polling station or for the wholeconstituency has been declared null, the corresponding electoral acts shallbe repeated on the second Sunday following the decision.

1- A vota??o em qualquer assembleia de voto e avota??o em todo o c?rculo s? s?o julgadas nulas quando se hajam verificadoilegalidades que possam influir no resultado geral da elei??o no c?rculo.

2- Declarada a nulidade daelei??o de uma assembleia de voto ou de todo o c?rculo, os actos eleitoraiscorrespondentes s?o repetidos no segundo domingo posterior ? decis?o.
