Art. 9.1:Sono legittimati al ricorso avverso gli atti del procedimento elettoralei soggetti titolari di un interesse personale, diretto e qualificato.

Art. 7: 1 The appeal to the elections can be filled with certifiedsubscription by voters in the congressional district concerned or from candidatesthat wanted to be elected in the congressional district
2. Appeals must indicate the residence and anyelective domicile of the applicants.
Art 7:I ricorsi elettorali debbono essere sottoscritti, con firma autenticataa termini di legge, da cittadini elettori nei collegi interessati o dacandidati presentatisi nei collegi stessi.
2. I ricorsi debbono indicare il luogo diresidenza e l'eventuale domicilio elettivo dei ricorrenti.
