Comment
In case of referendum initiative, citizens who want to support the proposal provide their names, personal identification numbers (PIN), permanent address, and signature. The law requires that in case of agenda initiative “citizens with voting rights enter their fullname, ID number, permanent or current address and make handwritten signature”.
