What remedies are available in the first instance?

Art. 75 (4 & 5):If the competent court upholds a complaint on the grounds of a material error,it shall rectify the results.

In any other case,it can partially or entirely cancel the election, if the irregularities thathave occurred could have a determinative influence on the election results.

(? Si lajuridiction compétente admet un recours pour erreur matérielle, elle rectifiele résultat erroné.

Danstous les autres cas, elle peut annuler le vote en tout ou en partie lorsque lesirrégularités retenues ont pu avoir une influence déterminante sur le résultatdu scrutin.?)
