Art. 47 (11): Incase of dispute (regarding the nomination of candidates), the complainant hasthe remedy provided for in article 107 of this Code.

Art. 107: The complaints for abuse of powerin electoral matters are brought beforethe Constitutional Court or theCouncil of State, as appropriate, by the parties concerned without prior administrative appeal.

The Electoral lawdoes not specify the categories of persons who have the right to file acomplaint regarding the nomination or registration of candidates, but itstipulates that complaints may be filed by the “parties concerned”.
