Who may file a complaint?

Organic Law n? 91-009 on the Constitutional Court adopted on March 4, 1991 / Loi n? 91-009 du 4 mars 1991 portant Loi Organique sur la Cour Constitutionnelle

Art. 55 (2) : The right to contest a (legislative) election belongs to any voter registered in the respective constituency and any candidate running in that constituency.
