2. Civil servants who use their competences/powers for the purposesspecified in this article shall be punished with the penalties in the previousparagraph (NB article 146.1) and, furthermore, they shall be subject to specialdisqualification from exercising a public profession or position for a periodof one to three years.

 

Those who commit thefollowing crimes shall be punished by a term of imprisonment of six months tothree years or by a fine of twelve to twenty-four months:
