Article 115.  Collection of Signatures of Citizens

Collection of signatures of thecitizens to support the proposal for the holding of the referendum shall beperformed only by the initiative group members within two months of the date ofregistration of the initiative group.

Article 135.  Collection of Electors' Signatures in Supportof the Proposal to Initiate the Question on Recall of a Deputy

The period for collecting electors'signatures in support of the proposal to initiate the question of recalling adeputy shall be 45 days from the date of receipt of the certificate ofregistration of the initiative group. If several initiative groups have beenformed and registered in an electoral district, the period for collectingsignatures for each of them, irrespective of their registration date, shall belimited by 45 days from the registration date of the first initiative group.
