'Article 6.2
(1) Any voter and any political entity whose rightestablished by this law, is violated, may file a complaint with the electioncommission not later than within 48 hours, or within 24 hours in theelection period after the violation occurred, unless otherwise specified bythis Law.'
'Article 5.30
(1) After the establishment andannouncement of the election results by the Central Election Commission of BiH,a Municipal Election Commission, a certified political party, coalition, list of independent candidates,or independent candidate may request that a recount of ballots beconducted by the Central Election Commission of BiH in specified electoralunits in which the political party, coalition, list of independent candidates,or independent candidate stood for election. An accredited observer may request that a recount ofballots be conducted by the Central Election Commission of BiH in a PollingStation at which the observer observed. A certified political party,coalition, list of independent candidates, independent candidate, or observermay also request that a recount of ballots be conducted by the Central ElectionCommission of BiH of absentee ballots, ballots cast outside BiH ortendered/enveloped ballots.
(2) A group of fifty (50) or more voters who voted atthe same Polling Station may request that a recount of ballots beconducted by the Central Election Commission of BiH in the Polling Station atwhich they voted.
(3) A Municipal Election Commission may requestthat a recount of ballots be conducted by the Central Election Commission ofBiH in a Polling Station in its municipality.'
