Article 112-1. 10. The expert that investigatesthe complaint must issue an opinion within the period established by Article112.10. If additional investigation is needed, the relevant election commissioncan make a decision. Such a decision must be made within 3 days from the dateof receipt of complaint, and immediately on Election Day.

112-1.11. Members of the expert groups thatinvestigate the complaints can make the following opinions:

112-1.11.1.on cancellation of the decision of a lower election commission;

112-1.11.2.on warning the election subject in conformity with Article 113.1 of theElection Code;

112-1.11.3.on refusal of registration of a candidate in cases established by Article 113.2of the Election Code;

112-1.11.4.on appealing to the court for deregistration of a candidate in casesestablished by Article 113.2 of the Election Code.

112-1.11.5. on instructing tore-examine the issue raised by the applicant by the relevant electioncommission;

Article 113. 1. If a candidate, registeredcandidate, political party, bloc of political parties, or referendum campaigngroup violates the provisions of this Code, the relevant election commissionshall warn the candidate, registered candidate, political party, bloc ofpolitical parties, or referendum campaign group through the mass media,providing the voters are informed. The election commission shall have the right to make a decisionon the following issues irrespective of whether or not a complaint consideringArticle 112.2 of this Code was made about them:

?refusal of registration of a candidate or referendum campaign group;

?deregistration of a registered candidate, or of a referendum campaigning groupin the cases stipulated under Articles 73 and 73-1 of this Code;

There is nothing mentioned in the legislation that relates specifically to the issues related to candidate registration; we assume that the general provisions on adjudication of election related cases apply also for candidate registration.
