Part 7: Sanctions

1. The Board imposes penalties on any person or(political entity) that violates any rule, regulation, instructions, any codeof the Code of Conduct, or any decision came into force which is related toarranging or carrying out election.

2. Political Entities are responsible on anyviolations had been done by their members, candidates, or agents. When theproper penalty is determined, then the Board may consider, whether the politicalEntity has made the necessary efforts to avoid such violations.

3. If a violation was approved ,the Board imposes thefollowing penalties on the violators:-

a. returning back the situation to what it was beforethe violation took place if it is possible.

b. Financialfine.

c .cancellationof the certification on the accreditation of a

PoliticalEntity of elections.

d. Preventing aPolitical Entity from participating in the future elections.

e. Eliminatingthe name of the candidate from the

Candidate’s listsof elections.

f. Preventing aperson from participating as a candidate, an

Electoralemployee, or as a Political Entity in this elections or in the futureelections.

g. preventing or canceling the accreditation of a teamfrom

the observers' teams or a person within the observers'team in this election or the future elections.

h. The Board got the right at any time beforecertifying the

results; to order a recount of the ballot papers andvotes

in some center, or took another proper act.

i .Monies collected from penalties imposed on by the

Board, will be considered as revenue to the publictreasury.
