لمادة الرابعة: لمجلس المفوضية الوطنية العليا للانتخابات اتخاذ القرارات ابالاجراءات التالية:
1- استبعاد المترشح هملا بالمادى الثانية عشر من القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2013
2- حجب نتيجة اى محطة انتخابية اذا ثبت ان هناك تزويرا او تلاعبا يخل بنتائج العملية الانتخابية عملا بالمادة 25 من القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2013 واعادة فرز وعد نتائج المحطة او الالغاء.
Article 4: As response to rulings on challenges, the board of highnational election commission can take the following procedures:

2- cancel results of any polling center if it is proved that there ischeating led to change in the final results, or order recount in that center
