What remedies are available in the first instance?

Art. 153: In caseserious irregularities that could affect the sincerity of the election and theoverall result are found, the Constitutional Council annuls the election. A newpoll is decided by decree of the Council of Ministers; it takes place withinone month following the decision of the Constitutional Council.
