Art 25. Parties that violate the regulations on fundraising andallocation of resources established in this Law shall lose the right to receivea quota from the Party Fund in the coming year, which does not exemptcandidates that benefited from abuse of economic power to be held liable forsuch offense.

Article 36. Campaign advertising shall only be allowed afterthe 5th of July of the year elections are held.
Paragraph 3. The violation of the provisions established inthis article shall subject the individual/entity responsible for thedissemination of campaign advertising and the beneficiary of such publicity,provided it is possible to prove s/he was already aware of such practices, tothe payment of a fine ranging from BRL 5,000.00 (five thousand Brazilian reais) to BRL 25,000.00(twenty-five thousand Brazilian reais), or a sum equivalent to the advertisingcosts, in the event the latter consists of a larger amount.
