Art. 82 (2): Thecandidate or the political party/group that have applied to participate in theelection may file a complaint before the Constitutional Council within threedays from the date of notification of the decision rejecting his/its candidacy.

Art. 98 : Anyvoter has the right to challenge the eligibility of a candidate within eightdays from the date of publication of his/her nomination.
