Article 91. 7. The decision ofthe Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation to register a federallist of candidates, to refuse to register a federal list of candidates may bereversed by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the basis of apetition of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, thepolitical party in respect of which such decision is taken, some otherpolitical party that registered a federal list of candidates, if it wasestablished that the decision was taken by the Central Election Commission of theRussian Federation in violation of the requirements set forth in Clause 3,Article 44 of this Federal Law, other requirements of this Federal Law.
