Relief which may be claimed

74.  Aperson making an application under section 71 shall be entitled to claim in theapplication all or any of the following relief:

(a)a declaration that the election is void;

(b)a declaration that the return of the personelected was undue;

(c)a declaration that any candidate was dulyelected and ought to have been returned; and

(d)where the seat is claimed for an unsuccessfulcandidate on the ground that he had a majority of lawful votes, a scrutiny.

75.

—(1)  Atthe conclusion of the hearing of an application under section 71, the ElectionJudge shall determine whether the President whose return or election iscomplained of, or any other and what person, was duly returned or elected, orwhether the election was void, and shall certify such determination to thePrime Minister.
