ONGOING FUNDING: Funding only available to political parties that gain Parliamentary representation.
CAMPAIGN FUNDING: Those that present candidates for 51% of seats (Parliamentary elections), or winning 5% or 2% of the vote (Presidential and local government elections respectively)
