- Announce the second candidate as the winner in the disputed constituency.
Article (34)
Each candidate has the right to contest the validity of thevoting/elections results and shall submit his/her contest to the CentralElections Committee within ten days from the date of declaration of results atthe Wali's Office. The contest application should include reasons andjustifications upon which he/she has based his/her contest. The committee shalllook into the contest and evaluate it and issue its decision within 30 daysstarting from the end of complaints period. Its decision is final and notsubject to any appeal. Ifthe committee decided to cancel the election, the next winning candidate in thelist replaces the winning candidate.
