Article 76, Every member shall anually submit to the Secretary General of the People’s Majlis a statement of all property and monies owned by him, business interests and liabilities. Such declarations shall include the details of any other employment and obligations of such employment, Functional Translation of the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives, 2008.

Article 120, Every year, the President shall submit to the Auditor General a statement of all property and monies owned by him, business interests and all assets and liabilities, Functional Translation of the Constitution of the Republic of Maldives, 2008.
