Art. 167 (2) & (4):In case the Constitutional Court finds that irregularities have occured, itshall determine whether, given the nature and seriousness of theseirregularities, it is appropriate either to maintain the provisional results announcedby the President of the National Independent Electoral Commission, or topronounce their total or partial cancellation.
The ConstitutionalCourt may either issue a final proclamation of the results or an annulment ofthe election.
