المادة 35
للمجلس الدستوري، إذا قضى لفائدة الطاعن،إما أ، يلغى الانتخاب المطعون فيه وإما أن يصحح النتائج الحسابية التي أعلنتهالجنة الإحصاء ويعلن المرشح الفائز بصورة قانونية.
Article 35: theconstitutional council has the authority to cancel the election, order recountin the disputed constituency and declare the winning candidate.
