?        Article78: Role of Supreme Court in correcting election related errors

?        TheSupreme Court shall nullify elections and declare fresh elections in a periodof ninety (90) days after the first election if the petitioned flaws havealtered in a determining way the result of the election.

?        Wherethe Supreme Court notices that such flaws are not likely to lead to thecancellation thereof, it shall proceed with the rectification in a period notexceeding five (5) days following the decision. The rejection of claims istantamount to the confirmation of provisional results proclaimed by theNational Electoral Commission.
