“Article 46
If the ElectionCommission of the Republic of Croatia resolving the complaint under Article 45this law establishes that any irregularities have significantly affected, orcould affect the result of the election, will invalidate actions involved in this process andorder within a specified period, elections to be held on a specific day when they will be called to repeat them. If there isno possibility of repeating canceled actions from the previous paragraph, or ifthe irregularities relating to the voting procedure have significantly affected, or could affectthe result of the election, the Election Commission of the Republic of Croatiawill annul the electionfor president of Croatia and set a deadline in which a new election will beheld .”
