Articles 8 of the Referendum Law

 

Organizing committee makes decision to join declaration of votersabout the need to seek a referendum.

The decision shall contain clearly formulated question.

 

Article 16. NationalCommission prescribes the forms in the preparation and implementation of anational referendum.
