(1) The ConstitutionalCourt shall commence proceedings upon a motion submitted by: a) not less thanone fifth of all members of the National Council of the Slovak Republic,
b) the President of theSlovak Republic, c) the Government of the Slovak Republic, d) any court inconnection with its decision-making, e) the Attorney-General of the SlovakRepublic, f) any person whose rights are adjudicated as defined in Art. 127 andArt. 127a of the Constitution.

(1) Complaint claiming unconstitutionality or illegitimacy theelections of the President of the Slovak Republic may be lodged by petitionersthose specified in ? 18 (1) subsections a), c) and e) and by a candidate whofailed in the elections
(2) The parties shall be the petitioner and a candidate electedfor the President of the Slovak Republic in that challenged election.
- one fifth of all members of the National Council of the Slovak Republic
- President or Government of the Slovak Republic
- any court in connection with its decision-making
- Attorney-General of the Slovak Republic
- by a candidate who failed in the elections
