Article 13. (1) Theadministrative and logistical preparation for the elections shall be implementedby the Council of Ministers and by the regional and municipal administrationsin interaction with the election commissions.
According to art. 15. (1) of the Act on direct participation of citizens in government and local government of 29 May 2009, the organizational and technical preparation of the referendum is carried out by the Council of Ministers.
