Who may make application under section 90
93. Anapplication under section 90 may be made to the Supreme Court by any one ormore of the following persons:
(a)some person who voted or had a right to voteat the election to which the application relates;
(b)some person claiming to have had a right tobe returned or elected at the election;
(c)some person alleging himself to have been acandidate at the election.
