45. Are there limits on online media advertising spending in relation to election campaigns?

47.5. Payment for campaigning using the electronic environment specified in Article 47.1.3 of this Law shall not exceed the average amount of payment for advertisement, news and information held from January 1 of the regular election year to January 1 of the previous year.'
