Article 59
(1) A listof candidate for President of the Republic may be submitted by at least 10,000voters or at least 30 Members of Parliament.
(2) Incases when a list submitter of candidate for President of the Republic is agroup of voters, it is required to collect at least 10,000 signatures of thevoters registered in the Voters List.
(3) Incases when the list submitter of candidate for President of the Republic is agroup of Members of Parliament, it is required to collect at least 30signatures of Member of Parliament.
Article 66
(1) The authorisedrepresentatives of the list submitters shall submit the list of candidate forPresident of the Republic to the State Election Commission.
(2) The authorized representatives of the list submitters shallsubmit the list of candidates for Members of Parliament to the State ElectionCommission.
(3) The authorized representatives of the list submitters shallsubmit the list of candidates for Member of Council, i.e. the list of candidatefor Mayor to the Municipal Election Commission and the Election Commission ofthe City of Skopje
Article 67. 4) Shouldthe State i.e. Municipal Election Commission i.e. Election Commission of theCity of Skopje determine that the lists have not been submitted timely, i.e.the irregularities and the omissions have not been eliminated by the list submitterswithin the deadline set in paragraph 2 of this article, the submitted listsshall be rejected with a decision within 24 hours from the receipt of thelists.
(5) Againstthe decision of the Municipal Election Commission i.e. Election Commission ofthe City of Skopje stipulated in paragraph 4 of this article, lawsuit may besubmitted to the Administrative Court, within 24 hours upon the receipt of thedecision.
(6) Againstthe decision of the State Election Commission from paragraph 4 of this article,a lawsuit may be submitted to the Administrative Court through the StateElection Commission within 24 hours upon receipt of the decision.
