Materials to accompany an application for registration

The law does not specify. It is only statedin art. 12 (2) p. 3 that the petition committee should notify the Speaker ofthe initiation of the referendum petition indicating the question to be put tovote.

The petitionshall contain:
1. the proposal;
2. record of information specified in art. 45 (3)
3. forms with signatures collected from citizens.

The petitionshall be accompanied by a list of names, personal, permanent and presentaddress and signatures of the members of the Steering Committee and contactaddress.
