“Section 20

Registration of lists of candidates

(…)

(4) Where the Central Electoral Commission decides pursuant to section19 (2) on the registration of a list of candidates or on the registration of arectified list of candidates, or where it decides not to register a list ofcandidates, then the respective political party or coalition may petition theSupreme Court of the Slovak Republic to issue a ruling on the decision. The Supreme Court may ruleeither to deregister a list of candidates, register a list of candidates orreinstate a candidate on a list of candidates.[12]The petition may be submittednot later than three days after the Central Electoral Commission has made thedecision.

Section 21

Numbering lists of candidates

After registering the listsof candidates, the Central Electoral Commission shall forthwith assign a numberto the list of candidates of each political party or coalition by drawing lots.Where a list of candidatesis registered subsequently, on the basis of a decision of the Supreme Court ofthe Slovak Republic, then the Central Electoral Commission shall assign it thenumber following the highest one drawn. The Central Electoral Commissionshall forthwith inform each political party or coalition of the numbers drawnfor the lists of candidates and it shall ensure their publication.”
