What penalties are envisioned for offences related to electoral fraud?

Presidential Elections Act(No. 15 of 1981)

imprisonment of either description for a termnot exceeding two years and shall, by conviction, become incapable, for aperiod of seven years from the date of his conviction, of being registered asan elector or of voting at an election under this Act, or of being elected tothe office of President.
