2 — O Tribunal Constitucional proferir? um ?nico ac?rd?o em rela??o a cadac?rculo eleitoral, no qual decidir? todos os recursos relativos ?s listasconcorrentes nesse c?rculo.

1- The Constitutional Court, in plenary, emits a decision within forty-eighthours from the date of receiving the documents mentioned in the precedingarticle, telegraphing the decision the same day to the judge.
2- The Constitutional Court will issue a single judgment for each constituency,which will decide all appeals relating to competing lists in this circle.
