Decision of the High Court.—At the conclusion ofthe trial of an election petition the High Court shall make an order—
(a) dismissing the election petition; or
(b) declaring the election of 1[all or any ofthe returned candidates] to be void; or
(c) declaring the election, of 1[all or any ofthe returned candidates] to be void and the petitioner or any other candidateto have been duly elected
