Who may file a complaint?

Law n? 2012-002 of May 29, 2012 on the Electoral Code / Loi n? 2012-002 du 29 mai 2012 portant Code ?lectoral

Art. 142 (2): Any candidate or list of candidates may challenge the validity of the electoral process by submitting a petition to the Constitutional Court.
