1. Acts of the National Assembly

Art. 108

(1) By ordinances,the National Assembly proclaims constitutional acts amending the Constitution,calls referendums, orders parliamentary inquiries, establishes publicinstitutes and public enterprises in accordance with the law, and regulates themanner of work and the relations within the National Assembly.

2. Legislative procedure

a) General provisions

Art. 114

(1) A draft law may be sent to the President of theNational Assembly by the Government, a deputy, the National Council, or atleast 5,000 voters.

Art. 115

(1) A draft law contains the title of the law, an introduction, the textof the articles, and a statement of reasons.

6. Procedure for amending the Constitution

Art. 173

(1) A proposal to initiate the procedure for amendingthe Constitution may be submitted to the President of the National Assembly by20 deputies, the Government, or at least 30,000 voters. Each proposerdetermines their representative.

Art. 182

(1) The National Assembly promulgates a constitutionalact amending the Constitution no later than eight days after its adoptionunless at least 30 deputies require that the constitutional amendment besubmitted to the voters for approval at a referendum.

7. Procedure regarding referenda

Art. 184

(1) The proposal that the National Assembly call a referendum regulatedby law on its own initiative must be submitted by a deputy in writing. Theproposal must clearly state the question to be posed at the referendum. Theproposal must include a statement of reasons.

Art. 185

(1) A request to call a legislative referendum and a request to call areferendum on a constitutional amendment must be submitted in writing andinclude a statement of reasons. Such request is sent to the President of theNational Assembly.

(2) Before a referendum is called, the Legislative andLegal Service delivers its opinion on whether the request to call a referendummeets all the requirements provided by law.

I.UVODNE DOLOČBE

Art.1

(1) Ta zakon ureja referendum ospremembi ustave, zakonodajni referendum, referendum o mednarodnih povezavah inposvetovalni referendum o vprašanjih iz pristojnosti državnega zbora.

(2) Ta zakon ureja tudi ljudsko iniciativo za spremembo ustave in zasprejem zakona.

Art. 1

(1) Ta zakon ureja vprašanjavolilne kampanje za volitve poslank in poslancev (v nadaljnjem besedilu:poslancev) Državnega zbora, poslancev iz Republike Slovenije v Evropskiparlament (v nadaljnjem besedilu: volitve v Evropski parlament), predsedniceoziroma predsednika (v nadaljnjem besedilu: predsednika) republike, članic inčlanov (v nadaljnjem besedilu: članov) v predstavniških in individualnovoljenih organih lokalnih skupnosti in vprašanja, ki se nanašajo nareferendumsko kampanjo.

(4) Za referendumsko kampanjo veljajo določbe ovolilni kampanji, razen če ta zakon ne določa drugače.
