Art. 86: The CNE, atthe beginning of its work, shall decide on the ballots in respect of whichthere have been complaints or protests, shal verify the ballots deemed invalidand shall review them according to uniform criteria of this operation, whichmay result in the rectification of the counting done in each Regional ElectoralCommission without prejudice to the provisions relating to judicial appeal.
