Article 90. (1) The protocol on final results ofelections, along with the decision of the Constitutional Court on elections’ compliance tolegislation and validating at least two-thirds of the number of mandates,shall be submitted, within two days, to Parliament. A copy of these documentsand lists of candidates in reserve confirmed by the Constitutional Court shallbe submitted to the Central Election Commission.

Article92. Should the Constitutional Court establish thatduring the voting and counting procedures the provisions of this Code wereviolated that affected the voting results and mandates’ allocation, theelections shall bedeclared null.
