Right of legislative initiative in Milli Majlis ofthe Azerbaijan Republic (right to submit for consideration by Milli Majlis ofthe Azerbaijan Republic drafts of laws and other questions) belongs to deputiesof Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, the President of the AzerbaijanRepublic, Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic, 40 thousand citizens of theRepublic of Azerbaijan enjoying suffrage, the Prosecutor's Office of AzerbaijanRepublic and Ali Majlis of Nakhchyvan Autonomous Republic.
