11. Right of citizens to demand referenda

(4) The petitionshall be signed by each registered voter supporting the petition

Article 84. Right of recall

(3) The recall ofa member of Parliament shall be initiated by a petition in writing

setting out thegrounds relied on and signed by at least two-thirds of the registered voters ofthe constituency or of the interest group referred to in clause (1) of thisarticle, and shall be delivered to the Speaker.
