Article 35-1 (1)The submitters of candidatelists have the right to read the vote-counting minutes and contest theseminutes by presenting their objections to the Central Election Commissionwithin three days after the election results, as recorded in the vote-countingminutes have been approved. The Central Election Commission shall examine thecomplaint and take a decision within three days.

Article 9. (1) A list of candidates may be submitted:

1) by a legally registeredpolitical party;
